Hi Kiddies,
So as you may have seen from previous post, Shin backed out after going on vacation for a week.
In that week we were expecting things to be ready, and I guess we put too much hope on it.
But anyways, although Shin has backed out, we are still moving full speed ahead with our plans.
We changed some details we originally agreed on,but to date, this is what we have ready
-Website and coders (we are working with them on getting the site up ASAP, it's hard since we're all in different time zones)
-We decided on our site name, but we won't release it until everything is ready
-Also, we have a new bankholder, so if you are looking to help along with our finances for the new site, please let us know.It's very much appreciated ;D
I won't post the donation link until I've finalized everything

ReplyDeleteWell, in fact MH always warned when you were about to read an adult/mature manga and you could see all the genres the manga belonged to +before+ you started to read. I think that was enough to expect already. No need to make it too complicated for the developers. :P

ReplyDeleteYes, i know, but the problem is that labels are assigned by users, and are bound to be lacking. It wasn't that impossible if you picked a series labeled "adult", "mature", "ecchi" or even "hentai" (expecting to get something ecchi) and you find yourself looking at a cover with a child with a d*ck stuck into her o_O.
So perhaps I should be asking for a specific and mandatory "taboo" label instead of a sepparate area. Or exclude hentai from randomisation.
It's not specifically because of kids, because they just have to say they are over 18 to get access. This is useful in the case of kids only if they are being supervised or if they have some filter (then again, any kid will learn how to deactivate the filter before turning 13 x) ).

Well.. the kid WILL want to open it if he knows what it is x). And if he doesn't, he will want to find out anyway.
